- Optional master password encryption for stored secrets
3.Acceptable Use
You agree to use TinyOTP only for lawful purposes. You must not use the extension:
- To violate any local, national, or international law
- To gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
- To transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code

4.Privacy
TinyOTP is committed to protecting your privacy. We operate with a strict zero-data-collection policy and do not track, store, or transmit any of your data. For complete details, see our Privacy Policy.
5.Your Responsibility
You are responsible for the security of your OTP secrets and master password. TinyOTP stores secrets locally in your browser. If you lose access to your browser data without a backup, your stored accounts cannot be recovered. We strongly recommend keeping backup codes provided by the services you protect with 2FA.
6.Service Availability
TinyOTP operates entirely locally and does not depend on external servers. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The extension may be affected by browser updates, system changes, or other factors outside our control.

The extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the extension will be compatible with all websites and services, or that generated codes will always be accepted by third-party services.
10.Termination
You may stop using TinyOTP at any time by uninstalling the extension. Upon uninstallation, all locally stored data is automatically removed by the browser.
11.Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
